What Your Fixed Fee Covers
Our fixed fee includes comprehensive, senior-led representation throughout your case.
Included as standard:
- Strategic guidance from senior experts only
- Full review and analysis of your financial disclosure
- All negotiations and correspondence
- Preparation of Forms E (financial disclosure) and updates
- Drafting and submitting Consent Orders where settlement is reached
- Preparation for all court stages
- Representation at each hearing covered by your fixed fee
- Access to our specialist international networks where required
- Clear timelines and progress milestones
- Optional monthly instalment plans
Not included: These costs are external to the fixed fee.
Court fees
Court fees are not included because they are set by HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). Clients typically pay these fees directly when applications are submitted.
Alternatively, we can pay them on your behalf as a disbursement, at cost.
Typical HMCTS fees (as per 1.4.2025) include:
- £612 – Divorce application
- £60 – Filing a Consent Order
- £313 – Starting a financial remedy application
Other external costs:
- Barristers’ fees (if you choose counsel for hearings)
- Expert valuations (property, business, pensions, forensic analysis)
- International legal opinions or translations (if required)
All external costs are confirmed in advance with full transparency.
