The following examples illustrate how a fixed fee may be structured.
All packages are bespoke to your circumstances, and we provide a clear, tailored quote in advance before any work begins.

This approach follows the SRA’s transparency guidance on pricing for legal services, and the full details will always be set out in your Terms & Conditions and Client Care Letter.

Package 1 — Out-of-Court Settlement

Ideal for clients likely to reach an agreement through negotiation or mediation.

Includes:

Financial disclosure analysis
All negotiation and correspondence
Round-table meetings
Preparing and submitting the Consent Order
Senior solicitor representation throughout
Optional monthly instalment plans

Package 2 — Court Proceedings to the Settlement Hearing

For clients where a court application is necessary, but a settlement is likely at the Financial Dispute Resolution hearing (“FDR”). An FDR is a settlement-focused hearing before a judge.
